Don’t Drop The Assignment!!!

Yes, it’s heavy—but you were built for this!

Good morning,

Sunday’s message reminded us that we all have an assignment, and sometimes it comes with weight, resistance, and discomfort. But here’s the truth: God gave you the strength for what He assigned you to carry. Just like the four men who carried their friend to Jesus in Mark 2, you may have to fight through a crowd, break through a roof, and stay committed when others give up—but the miracle is on the other side of your endurance!

Foundational Scripture: Isaiah 40:29-31. Let’s dive into the word…

Start your day with God… read Isaiah 40:27-31. Focusing on 29-31. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. When your strength runs out, God’s kicks in-He doesn’t just lift you, He helps you soar! S.O.A.K… much love!!!

This is your reminder that God isn’t asking you to carry the weight alone—He’s supplying the strength as you go. Even the strongest among us get tired, but those who stay connected to God will be renewed. This scripture reminds us that hope isn’t passive—it’s a posture of leaning into God while He fuels us with what we need to keep going.

Practical Steps to Stay Strong in Your Assignment:

1. Name your assignment. What has God placed on your heart to carry? A family member? A calling? A ministry? Write it down and pray over it daily.

2. Find your “roof-breakers.” Get around people who will encourage and challenge you—not enable your excuses.

3. Speak life over the weight. Instead of “this is too hard,” say “God’s grace is carrying me through this.”

4. Keep showing up. Some days, showing up is the victory. Whether it’s prayer, church, or worship—be present.

Even if you’re tired, God is not. His strength is on reserve for you. Don’t drop the assignment—renew your hope today, and let God lift you above the pressure.

Pray this prayer with me today:

Lord, I admit I get tired, but I choose to hope in You. Renew my strength and carry me through what You’ve called me to do. I trust You with the weight. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Much Love 💕
