You Fought All Week-Now It’s Time to Refresh & Invite!

 “Friday Vibes – Alignment, Joy & Self-Care!”

Happy Fun Friday, Pathway Family!

You’ve shown up, fasted, studied, worshipped, praised, packed the house for bible study and prayed all week—now it’s time to rest, reflect, and refuel. Walking in true alignment doesn’t mean you never rest—it means you trust God enough to pause and care for yourself while staying focused on the mission.

Foundational Scripture: Romans 12:1-2. Let’s dive into the word…

Start your day with God… read Romans 12:1-2. Therefore, I urge you… offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Real worship is a lifestyle-Let God transform your mind so He can transform your life! S.O.A.K… much love!!!

Paul is saying: Real alignment takes sacrifice, transformation, and intentional living. To offer your body means more than avoiding sin—it means choosing a lifestyle that prioritizes God and health, spirit and soul.

Friday Self-Care + Spiritual Check-In:

1. Unplug & Refill: Take a few hours off social media or constant noise. Use that time for reflection or prayer journaling.

2. Reset Your Atmosphere: Light a candle, play worship music, clean your space—create an environment where peace and praise can dwell.

3. Laugh & Relax: Watch something light, go for a walk, or do something creative. God delights in your joy!

4. Invite Someone to Church: Text or call someone today and say, “Meet me at Pathway this Sunday at 12:45 PM. Let’s grow together!” People are searching for change—and you can help them find alignment too.

You’re not the same person who started this week—you’re being transformed. And God is just getting started! Keep resting, keep resetting, and keep choosing alignment.

Say this prayer with me:

Lord, thank You for carrying me through this week. Help me rest in Your presence and continue renewing my mind. Use me to encourage someone else. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Much Love 💕

Pastor Yolanda
